So in other words you are taking the "wee wee" out of us LOL....
Pray tell, don't they laugh in the Netherlands ??
Can't believe it's so far removed from the UK !
We ALL need a chuckle or we go mad !!!
And this is going to be the biggest tonic EVER...

AngelB. Gonna ask you a favour. Can you let me know when England games are happening as we don’t get much soccer news over here and I would really like to see them.
I’ve got Optus sports on my IPad so im hoping they will show the Euros.
Many thanks.

That pond is significant. It has shaped history...
Humour here? Not really. If I told you what is viewed as popular ''humour'' on Dutch TV over the years you'd not like it. Pffft, today the newly formed coalition released their plans and it's just a depressing suicide letter. No ambitions, no goals. They believe we can return to some idyllic past that actually never even existed to begin with. Some idyllic country with millions of farm animals packed together, driving 130 km, further damaging nature, denying science, and blaming all population issues ((which are real globally)) on migrants ((which is blame game, whole of humanity should ponder the topic and understand billions of us isn't sustainable)).
Now here's the difference between the continent and you lot. While the right wing powers in your country may have some composure about them, and can clearly articulate more than two sentences, on the continent those same colours are often behaving like ghoul packs.

Altair.
I think you seriously might be very surprised at how similar it is here !
We certainly don't get our humour from the state of the country that's for sure !
And this is yet another reason why Events like the world tournaments are a very welcome distraction from the very depressing news.
