You inspire me to try something new.  i enjoy the cool spicy and have never made a green curry.
My son is baking a plain yogurt flourless chocolate cake with 3 bars of baking chocolate!  but triple chocolate on a Friday?

How did Mal's cake turn out?
I began cooking When I was in High School.
Pops worked late on Tuesday so that is when I made 'stuff'. My Mother, my sisters and myself would eat all the goodies. Pops got nothing and never found out what I was doing on Tuesday evenings.
