I made 2 wasps vanish

This happened several weeks ago, but I figured I'd post it now.

I was doing yoga in my living room and had two wasps come inside through two separate openings, one a window (swing open kind) and the other a glass sliding door out to our deck. Both window and doors have blinds. One wasp made it past the blinds (and window) and into the room, the other was halfway in.

I don't like killing anything, even insects and wasps/bees. But for whatever reason (old distaste for wasps), I went and grabbed a broom and use the tip of the broom as a joust and tried to get the one wasp that was trapped inbetween inner door and blind (note: I used a great deal of mental force behind it). I missed (of course) and it was stunned and flew through the blinds and down the the floor, behind the couch (right near where the other wasp was at this point).

So I had lost sight of both wasps for a quick instant..
and nothing..
no buzzing, no movement..
so I had a careful look behind the couch.. and nothing..
they were supposed to be there and yet.. no wasps.
I looked EVERYWHERE and zero sign of any wasps. They wouldn't have been able to get outside without my knowing. These were two very alive wasps, and in that instant, vanished into thin air.

Question

and for your next trick!?.....
Seriously though, I know that objects can mysteriously vanish at times of high emotions. At a time of charged trauma, my boyfriend's car keys just vanished .... Anyone else heard of this?

Excellent!!

Next time skip going and getting broom.

FYI, take care with your thoughts on wishing to 'larger' things to go away.

Interesting story about the wasps vanishing.

Wishing something /someone away, doesn't always make it happen ~
either that or I have a very stubborn relative, who just refuses to go ! now where is that broom !!

A scientist would require the experiment be independently repeated.
A skeptic would suggest you didn't look hard enuf.
An illusionist would explain how the trick works
A new ager would have you check the 4th dimension.
Your kid sister would suggest you're gonna get stung when you least expect it.
A tree hugger would suggest wasps are really nature spirits in disguise.

Thanx for the story
Welcome to the wonderful world of forum magic.
