Yoga for Arthritis

I am hoping to find some suggestion for yoga for those of us with arthritis. I have also had back surgery. I have seen a couple of different DVD's on this topic but would love some insight. Thanks

I can't suggest yoga for arthritis as I don't have it but any type of movement of the joints helps to release toxins from the joints, I'm sure there are dvd's out there for people for yoga for those with arthritis, and yeah pilates is really good for that too.

I have been practicing restorative yoga for almost a year. I have a degenerative joint condition in both knees, so have learned to modify many asanas to what's more comfortable for me. There are videos out there of this gentler form of yoga and you can follow along in the way that's best for you.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions I did purchase a dvd on the topic. It has three different levels so that you can work the one that best suits your abilities and when you feel lead can bump up a level as you progress. I will let you all know how it goes...
