Grounding and channelling

I used to channel several times a day. It was a bit of a nightmare to be honest, there was a constant stream of chatter going on in my ear and it almost drove me wild.

Since I've become more grounded the chatter has gone. I can access my guides but it doesn't feel as strong the messages. In some ways that's good, in some ways that not so good. It does feel more "normal" but I miss the chatter - is there some way of getting more balanced, so being grounded still but having hte same friendly relationship with the guides where they were just - there?

I used to block my channeling too. Because mostly, logically I didn't know if i was going crazy or not....

anywayz, well.. if you are having too much energies to channel maybe you could talk to them ask them to come at specific times or change the shifts of the energy so you only channel certain energies at certain times or something?
