Feeling both my physical and astral body at the same time?
I almost astral projected 3 times within 2 weeks and each time is different but every time I can still feel my physical body. I try to do this every morning which is the best time to consciously fall asleep and I just relaxing and try concentrate on astral projection.
When my body falls asleep, I can hear a very sharp and constant ringing sound (the same sound you can hear in your ears when it is completely silent) and then I start vibrating which then I start thinking of floating up. I can feel my astral body go out but it still feels like I'm inside my physical body. I think this is called dual-conciousness? At the same time on all three times I can't see anything either, just darkness. Do I have to fully go out of my physical body to see?
I also hear noises which I don't mind but the noises are weird. They come when my astral body is leaving my physical body. First time were drum sounds which funny enough, sounded exactly like the drum sounds on my keyboard next to my bed. I can't remember the sounds the second time but the third time was a buzzing sound. When I lost concentration the buzzing sounded like a motorbike powering down. It was interesting.
Thanks for reading this and I appreciate any advice you will give :)

Try to forget about your physical body, otherwise it will hold you back. Just focus on getting out. Try and think of a location where you want to be. You could just move yourself spiritually out of your body. If you can feel it you can do it. It is not hard. You do not have to be out of your body to see. You can still see when you are still inside of yourself.

Okay I'll try this but wouldn't thinking about something put me into a dream and not astral project? Do I think about the location as I'm leaving my body?

It should not put you into a dream but anything is possible. A lot of people visualise or they say where they want to go to, and it does not put them into a dream. You should be able to ap. You must be confident and know you can do it. If you do then you should have no problems. Think about the location before you leave your body.

You have to have confidence and your intention must be clear, do not let your mind wander as you focus on where you want to go. Also, if you're having vision problems, you can always request clarity or awareness and that seems to help. Again, you need to request it with intent. When I first started going oob, I could feel myself oob but all I would see is blackness...it required me to completely forget about my physical body before I could "see."

Thank you both of you, I should now fully astral project with this in mind.
Thanks :)!
