can the vibrational stage induce heart attacks or other things?
Maybe seizures, too?

No. If you are referring to the heart palpitation stage, it is normal. It is not your heart, but your heart chakra firing up. The vibrations will not harm you at all.

It has always been the chakra palpitation? Can you tell me what those palpitations mean ?  |

I dont know the physical aspect of it. When I astral projected for the second time, lying in bed, my heart was going bonkers. I thought it was a medical condition. Then I googled it and it said it was the heart chakra opening preparing the body to exit and it is completely harmless and normal. That is really all I know, but it made me feel a lot beter.
