I found this blog by someone who calls himself drakke1. Among those who say you need to have a skilled practitioner activate your DNA for you, this approach is more along my lines.

Each of us "has" a "Higher Self". This Higher Self is very beneficial for acting upon us in ways that will help us to heal at all levels of being, and to reach our highest potential, usually through energetic/vibrational means.

You can call upon your HS to make available to you, and to actually utilize upon you for your benefit, the appropriate frequency for full activation of your DNA within the context here.

Via using this process regularly over time, so the plan/theory goes, you will gain appropriate growth in health and well being, the opening of various dormant abilities, and the raising of your personal frequency. Let's see what happens :)

Yes I agree. The higher self connection is the only essential requirement for evolving a person's physical well being and personal empowerment.

Even the healer will advise their client that true healing comes from within the self.

There is a huge amount of DNA research that is being done that is causing us to reassess what we’ve thought about this. DNA is proving to be allot more fluid than we’ve thought.

This is just one of the areas that are really exciting where our scientists are moving forward very rapidly. Discovering how much more massive our Universe is is another such area.
