Hello everyone Im hoping to brig peace to myself by learnin more about some strang feelin i have had most of my life ie feeling of something watching me and other things. Stumbled upon the wed site when i was trying to learn more about a foating feeling i had while i was meditating for the first time to night needless to say i was a little scared but i look forward to meeting everyone and learning more

The feeling of something watching you may be about having a feeling of being connected to your higher self. There is no need to have fear about appreciating that one’s nonphysical body is having an experience that may be separate from one’s physical one (floating feeling). Don’t worry about reconnecting w/ your physical body. It’s automatic.
