Black shadow in my room

Has anyone else woken up in the night to see a dark shadow move quickly across the bedroom ceiling? I normally see stuff in my mind's eye but this was in my room and I'm pretty sure I didn't dream/imagine it. As soon as I woke up properly there was no sign at all.

If things like that wake me up, I usually don't worry about them because most of the time, it turns out to be nothing ~ nothing happens. There are troublesome times in my life when those kind of things keep me awake longer but still nothing happens in the end. Yet it's frustrating when you think something, some entity or spirit is paying a visit or passing through and have no way to know for sure...

Many had similar hallucinations. You wake up but still continue dreaming. You see the reality and dream at the same time.

Yep all the time. I just reaffirm my boundaries. "You are not allowed in the bedrooms and you know it! Wait for me outside!" :)
