Frustrated but trying

I want to hear/see my guides or angels and I try to meditate....am doing everything I can I am trying to open up and let go and not push things but I want to have that "cool' supernatural experience that some people seem to have....

can you tell me what you fear about it? Fear or trying too hard is a typical blocker. Relax! You will hear/see them in time. If you try and force it, I found that it only makes you more frustrated. :) I do have some guided meditations that are free. PM me and I'll give you the addy :)

Well its my mom the fear is my mom.....I am trying to work that out.

Also don't try so hard, just leave it in the lap of whatever you believe in, your guides, your angels, God, Goddess etc, and it will come to you. You can't expect to have a supernatural experience that another person has had, we all have different experience.
Just breath, let go, and it will happen when you least expect it.
