Crystal gem trees

hello to all.

I have been attracted to crystal gem trees for meny years and now i'm making them.

I was just wondering if someone can tell me the magical and spirital side to them and thererole in magic?

My grandmothers friends make them. They are so pretty, especially the willow tree with strings of tiny black and red beads hanging from it.

I'll ask them whether they know the spiritual properties of the trees when i get the chance.

I plan to make one myself with leather, feathers, bones and ruins and all sorts of things hanging from it. :)
