Black Angels

My daughter has a beautiful Angel with black wings.....he wears black robes with gold band around the neck of it and a gold sash around the waist......He is a beautiful strong caring and loving Angel.......I don't feel that they are any different to Angels with white wings......wings are usually shown for us.....Many Angels don't appear with wings at all......
Try looking up Carrion......they may have dark wings......they are the Angels that deal with very dark entities.. I just looked it up for you...

The sixth phylum of angels are The Carrions. Their primary purpose is to escort away dark entities when they die. Their sole mission is to stand back until a dark entity passes into death.

The Carrions protect our world and The Other Side from darkness. They are the reason dead dark entities don't exist on earth.

Its a pity that almost every negative entity gets called a demon, when in actual fact there are fallen watchers, 8 classes of fallen angel, the rephaim who are giants in physical form and elementals in spiritual form. Hmmm, that is too close for comfort. Lol

It reminds me of the Rephaim (Shayṭān class of djinn) or giants. If they were first born after their first human mother was contaminated with fallen angel DNA on a coast then their totem is a black cormorant.

Their weapon is lightning probably originating from the fallen watcher Shemyhaza (Zeus / Thor) which as you correctly say is from the elemental force of 'air'.

Is the opal like a soul gem ?

Carrion are not fallen Angels Tristram, they are Angels of God, set for a very specific task......the colour of the wings in my opinion does not denote 'fallen' or worse.....it's just a colour......
I have no idea about the opal......ravens are said to be messengers......and also are not bad, they have been demonised by movies and bad press.....in my opinion....

True they are messengers. IMO they are also 'bringers of death' amongst their own kind, the rephaim. Which isn't that bad actually because the spirit or rapha will be reincarnated. As the word rapha says in the Strong dictionary 'to heal'.

How about the legend that states that the British Monarch will fall if the ravens abandon the Tower of London ?

I'm sorry but I really don't think the colour of an angels wings has anything to do with it.

1. Angels can present themselves any way they like visually.

2. We don't judge people on their hair colour

3. The feeling you get from an entity is a BIT more important.

4 Dark lessons can do you good. If you run from everything you think is 'dark' all you're achieving is a state of fear. That's not good for you either.

I'm going to keep my beak shut on the subject of fallen angel legends. I'll just say that the two entities who've helped me most are possibly considered the 'darkest.' Azrael and Lucifer have as much love in them as any other angel.

The idea that I might have turned Azrael away if he had black wings just because of something I read on a forum is downright distressing. I really hope nobody is willing to apply such a simplistic test to their own guides. It could really hamper a person growth and wellbeing so be so limited.

There are a lot of angels. They can take any form, many of them are shapeshifters. Some angels even don't have wings. For example dragons are of many colors, black dragons are considerated kings and they are good protectors.
