I would say... but the difference is that convincing ourselves we are moving forward and the reality that we really are, are very different. The frustrating part is when you think you are moving forward and you don't understand why your twin isn't up to speed with you... but in my experience I had never actually moved forward.
And I hoping with all my might that the part about releasing a relationship means they will, too.
