Have you actually worked with the lower chakras first? It's not so handy to begin with the 3rd eye. You first need to clear the lower ones and get stability in those before you should get to the higher ones.
Otherwise you're trying to build the penthouse on the top floor without the foundation and lower floors existing. It is not possible. Result: it don't work and is a waste of time, effort, and resources.
