I got out!
Not by much, but hey it's a start.  I was laying down listening to this guided meditation with binuaral beats, and after awhile my mind just went silent. The guy's voice kinda melted into the background and I felt my body start rocking back and forth, with my head lifting off the ground and then my feet. Then I noticed that I had left my body and moved beside it and was hovering over the ground a bit. I got too excited though and it didn't last long since I got thrown back into my body. But man was it cool.

Congrats! It really is a neat feeling when it finally happens. For me, it seems so few and far between, and I don't get to stay out very long either.

Yeah it was still exciting though. It just made me more excited to try again. Hopefully this time I can do it for a bit longer.

congrats aero, hey how about you share that guided meditation with us folks who are still trying to get out lol :-) i've been listening to different ones here and there certain ones I end up having to cut off as soon as they start because I find them annoying or it makes my heart beat too fast. if i feel my heartbeat racing as soon as i press play i try to find something else that feels less intense .
