Lulu have confidence in yourself. You said hopefully there will be next time. Of course there will be next time. You will ap. If you do not have confidence that you can ap, ap becomes a lot harder to do. If you do not succeed do not worry about it. Just think, I tried. There is always tomorrow and I am getting better.

Frankly I haven't really worked at AP or lucid dreaming as I have with meditation & energy work. (Never had a spontaneous proj like some have though.)
We all have diff natural talents, and healing-energy work is something I came with. I've worked to develop clair abilities, & if I take this seriously I expect something should eventually happen IF it's right for me.

But I realize this takes focus if it's to work. Or luck-proclivity.

I'm envious of the marvelous things I've read, that folks have learned-experienced.
But we all have diff natural talents....& I'm grateful for what
I can do-experience at this time. Perhaps there's good reason I'm not leaving my body right now.
Remove viewing-clairvoyance can teach one quite a bit as well, and THAT I seem to do easily.

You know, I have no noteworthy skills with any of this stuff... like zero skills lol. The only thing I seem to be able to do is randomly 'pop' out of my body (through no control of my own, naturally lol).

Ah well... we have to work with the cards we were dealt, right?
