A Bit of Story with a Question

I fell asleep last night while listening to some music given to me that I was told would help with astral projection. I'm not sure if the dream I had this morning was just a dream or another place my astral self wound up. The difference between this world and the ones I normally visit was the technology.

Normally, the worlds I visit have the same amount of technology as the medieval era. This new place had developed new weaponry and armor to combat "mutants." I started sprinting around the facility, trying to catch and dispose of the janitor because she had begun to exhibit unmistakable signs of mutation.

After fighting her a bit, I stop being able to breathe. I have asthma. It gets so bad that eventually I remember my home and friend and wind up back in my bed. When I told him the whole situation, he informed me that astral projection music slows down breathing.

Has anyone else heard of something like this or experienced it firsthand?

It sounds like a dream to me. But some people argue that all dreams are astral projection, I am sure at least some of them are. Whether or not every single dream we have is astral projection is up for debate at this point. Something that makes me believe you were just having a dream is during astral projection you don't actually breathe. In fact that is one of the tests people perform to see if they are inside of a projection, the breath test. People also perform this during dreams to turn the dream lucid but being that you were having issues breathing it seems you were closely linked to your physical body making it seem like it was more of a dream than a projection. This is all highly debatable though either way.
