You bet! Yoga has helped and keeps helping me so much. It calms me, and also stimulates me at the same time... it brings my mind to rest and my body to action (usually it is the other way round with me)... and overmore, it is perfect exercise!
I've been doing a yoga course every Monday evening for the last couple months, now it is over, we will start again in january. Can't wait! But I will go on practicing a lot at home.
