3 pills
I was holding them in my hand. One was a longer bar shaped grayish yellow pill. It felt as though it would give me the feeling I desire sometimes - not a care in the world, euphoria, peace. This pill was crumbling in my hand as I looked at it.
A smaller whiteish round one would alleviate unpleasant symptoms.
I have no idea what the third one looked like. In fact, I only know that it was there.
Any ideas as to what this might mean? Thanks in advance!

it means take a pill when you feel really bad & think you may go crazy if you don't relax quickly. |

it was a dream about choices/options.
i'm thinking that the euphoria pill was crumbling away because that
one is losing it's meaning for you -- you are achieving that condition
on your own, naturally. the unseen pill will probably come into focus
as the first one finishes crumbling.

I think the greyish yellow pill crumbled because it is not available yet, it is the last pill to take because it is the end result.
The whiteish round one alleviates unpleasant symptoms, which is the road you need to take.
The first pill, which is currently invisible, is how to take this road, it is invisible because you don't yet know what you need to do, the way through is invisible to you at the moment.
