Shoni,
Last night I experienced the same astral travel. It's my first experience in this manner.
I sensed some "energy " entered my head and. I openned it wider so that a vivid vision appear. After that I couldn't sleep well,results I slept more hours this morning. And I knew where that energy came from "a few hours ago". Today a dizzy bad feeling let me more sleepy and did not do much work.
I think we did receive the same experience. That cause not much harm,just a small treat coming esle where.
