Oooops I now have ANOTHER computer which entered my life.

I would add to this conversation - only ask once and then release it to happen. Don't re-manifest after a few weeks or months.

This is I think the 5th computer/laptop to come into my life in about a month, all new, all having Windows 10. This is just getting silly!!

The problem with attracting a choice like this is not just in the belief, but that you also need to override everyone else that has any attachment to the outcome of you not winning the lottery. Which is... a lot.
To win the lottery by choice like this would effectively be powerful black magic.

Interesting line of reasoning, here’s some more on the subject. Well first off I think that it is possible with in the traditional concepts of loa, focus and acceptance of possibilities. One thing that I do see as a hindrance to the situation is as you said for one person to win so much it would mean that a lot of people would be losing a little bit. LOA similar to the golden rule is about receiving what you put out. If your focused on receiving something that everyone else won’t be receiving then you are shifting the focus of the people involved so that they are also focused on receiving something that everyone else wont-it becomes a mess.
The use of "powerful black magic" or even praying to God would be a back door method of achieving the goal; it is simply dealing with your personal limitation by employing something that you and masses of people believe in.
Also in reference to the quote above [("would likely require more "spiritual power" (chi/prana/whatever) than is possible for a single person to have.")], all matters can be obtained on a physical level, energy level, or causal level so over power with blunt force energy isn't the only approach.
An approach to similar things that works for me that could be adapted to winning the lottery is excepting that there are limitless possibilities in the unknown for example there is no way of predicting what new movies well be in the Red Box (movie rental machine) each week, unless you do your research which would only limit possibilities, so one thing I’ve done is when I’m facing a difficult problem and I could use some input I well go to the Red Box and coincidentally find a movie that explores the concept that I was trying to work out. There is a quote out of the bible ~ “God talks to us in mysterious ways”, I read this as God talks to us in any way that we are open to listening to God and so in situations of complete chance such as opening a letter or a fortune cookie, I see the opportunity and allow for chance to fall in my favor. In this way I no longer have to pay car insurance and my utility bills are ridiculously cheap: $1.32 for a month’s usage on an unopened letter that I focused on the possibility and desire for it being low before opening it.

(My friends and I do dice and cards regularly - there are sort of Universal rules - call it the Probability Pot. If everyone keeps manifesting snake- eyes for example - the probability pot runs out of one's very quickly and they won't come up again until all other numbers have been rolled many times and used up - then the probability pot resets and snake eyes can again be manifested.
In our game no one wants a 7 because it pays nothing in the game at all. So no one ever tries to manifest it so everything else gets rolled for a while - then 7's come up and we've seen 6 people all roll 7's in a row and it loop around the table twice before all those unwanted 7's got used up! LOL)

But you won't believe this is how it works till you try your self - so grab two dice and start learning how things work. It's FUN!

I'd list all the things I've manifested like cars, trips, cloths, hairbrushes, a boyfriend and lots of little things, but it's kind of a mundane list and rather long. Learning how to stay utterly detached is the key and to learn how to do that and what it feels like you must practice and study your body, emotions and mind - they all have to be detached and stay detached until the manifestation happens and don't be attached to failures either - that's why dice are an easy way to learn. It's just a few seconds from Intention to Result.

I found this concept very interesting and have begun practicing with dice.
My very first two rolls were successful, though it's going to take a while to truly understand the patterns and all you've explained above.
Nonetheless, this is the most fun method of manifestation I've encountered thus far in learning how to set the goal and releasing all attachment.
