I *think* this is a good thing....?
I did this heart energy meditation 2 days in a row, and since then, I feel like my main anxieties about the guy I've been flipping out about just vanished. He's still in my thoughts, but there's virtually no emotion attached to it anymore. And I've been able to actually focus on other things besides him.
Does that mean I simply let it go and got out of my own head?
Or does that mean my feelings about him disappeared?
I'm hoping it's number 1....? I'm assuming it'll come right back as soon as I see him again, just hopefully without the anxiety.

It could be neither also It simply sounds like you found a greater balance inside your feelings.

Thanks Melahin - maybe you're right. Maybe it just took some good meditation to "settle" into this mess of emotions and figure it all out. :) Hopefully I'll see him again soon so I can test this theory. ;)
