holding grudges in the afterlife

Hi all
I have an ex love in the afterlife...he would of been my first love...we dated for 4 years and split in my early 20's.
Over the course of the last ten years we always met up by chance. However our very last meeting ended on bad terms,where he was very upset I never made it to his mother's funeral.( I actually didn't even know she had passed away)
Nonetheless a few months later he died...I guess my question is,will he still hold this bad feeling wherever he may be now?? I sometimes sense his presence in a good way but never sure if it's him cause of our last encounter on this earth xxx

No, he no longer holds a grudge....He now sees the bigger picture.....that you feel his presence is great and he is simply letting you know that he is alive and well......there is no negativity on the Otherside... Once they are securely back Home, they are totally surrounded by unconditional love and want only the best for you..... allow him to comfort and guide you on your journey....

WOW .....thank you so much.... this has truly comforted me!! I'm really happy that this is the case. I went to a medium after he died and he didn't give me any message but said hi to my friend in her reading...I felt that not hearing anything he was still angry.

I easily agree with Juanita aside from one exception... If a soul is so earth bound that the transition becomes difficult then there is the possibility that a person may be stuck to this life-time for a period after passing... but were this the case you "would" feel their presence... for it would have to have been a pretty heavy life-experience for them to be so stuck, and this would likely result in some fairly desperate and intense vibes... that you feel "nothing" is a good thing... he's safely moved-on and doesn't feel any angst for either himself or for your situation... all is well... :^)

Thanks for your reply. This person died through committing suicide so I thought his spirit may still be stuck here and he may still have these bad feelings??

Then your concern would have been valid... for a person to take their own life is clearly a sign that much turbulence was present in their life toward the end... hopefully there were others ready to escort him as soon has he crossed over... and hopefully he was receptive to their approach... suicide is a big deal, not in the sense that it's "bad", but more to the dramatic intensity that lead up to it... death and departure is a release for most all of us.. but deep angst can hold us in place... in which case a form of purgatory may have been his experience for a time... or he went to sleep upon passing.. non of this is permanent, but can be uncomfortable for the individual until eventually resolved...

Hi silverfall.

I get the feeling that his passing was very sudden and unexpected and you, as well as everyone who knew him really hand the wind knocked out of them. I feeling he passed away from suicide and when he died, although it shocked people the general consensus was that he was unable to cope with his Mother's death.

There's a few things I need to pass on...

He doesn't bear you any grudge or ill will at all and he wants you to know that you had nothing to do with his death. He's showing me a picture of a world map eaten away by mould. He says he was sick and he lost the ability to keep fighting and that no one could have done anything different or saved him because it was his own internal demons he was fighting. He says that his Mother's death just added to everything and that it was the tipping point, but it wasn't just because of his Mother that he died. He tried to hold everything together and be the glue for everyone especially when his Mother was sick.

He also remembers the fight you both had. He's sorry for raising his voice at you. He's showing me so much love right now, that even though he shouted at you he was fighting himself not you and he took things out on you that he shouldn't have. He wants me to let you know that his parting words to you were his anger speaking, not him. He wants you to know that he loves you unconditionally and although he doesn't wish he could change how it went (spirits don't think like that) he wishes you could know that the fight was never part of his decision and he is sending you love and light now.

He isn't with you all the time, he wants you to go on and live your life. He comes to you when you're feeling sad. He's happy, he's moved onto another plane and he is showing me an image of you crying near a window and he wishes you would know that in these moments he is nearby to comfort you.

I feel he hasn't met up with his Mother yet as he is not yet on the same plane as her, but he is with an older gentleman and he is happy and feels released.

As I write this I've encouraged him to visit you now. He thinks you know sometimes when he is there.

All I feel is love and positive energy from him to you. I hope that brings you some comfort.
