hear ticking as chakra spins

I have experienced the 'ticking' for around 15 years and yes it occurs exactly as described. In the beginning it used to be quite frightening as it would start randomly and sometimes my young son and partner would hear it too. It has followed me around since then. I have come to terms with it as I now know that it is one of my guides letting me know that something impacting me on a personal level will happen in the near future and that I'm not to worry because I will be fine! So, every time I hear it I pray for protection for my loved ones. Don't be alarmed, it is your spirit guide letting you know that he/she is watching over you.

Very interesting! I don't hear the ticking now. I looked at the date of my original post and it was right before I got some really bad news! Amazing.

I wonder if the chakras spinning could almost be mistaken for a heartbeat in my case. My heart is beating pretty normal, but I feel in the alignment of my body a kind of ticking like beat going, almost like it's spinning. I thought it was my heart beating fast, but I felt it, and it's not beating Fast... I can feel the energy from my head to my toes. It's rather peculiar. If I move around I don't notice it much!

Yes! You are feeling a chakra and energy movement. It's exactly as you describe!

Hmm, that's so peculiar. And all this time I thought it was my heart beating slightly fast, but once I had the thought to check and notice it was not beating fast I was rather clueless. Ha, now I can go on to distinguishing it better. I even had my boyfriend feel of my tummy, I suppose around my 2nd chakra and he said it felt strange the way it was going... It wasn't growling, acting usual, but he said it was strange how it was. Thank you!

I did the same, check my pulse on more than one occasion. The spinning was always faster. I recline in an easy chair to meditate and on a few occasions the chair was bobbing in rhythm w/ the spinning and would make an audible squeak w/ the bobbing. That was neat! And it was also like another confirmation.
