Activity of the more intimate kind in heaven

I've tried doing a forum search for this, and didn't really find anything.

But the question is simple. Is there sexual activity in the afterlife? It's about the only thing I'd miss from the earthly plane, so much so, that I'd be willing to reincarnate just for that!

Is it possible for two spirits to get frisky?

I have a lot of dreams of this nature, and they're often as exciting as real life, if not more exciting, because in the dreams it's all so simple without psychological hangups, conditions, or agendas etc. In dreams it never feels at all transactional, and appears to occur for the pure joy of the occurrence. This all makes me wonder if in the spirit world sexual activity occurs.

It's a question I've wanted answered for ages. Even had the chance to ask a trance medium in a demonstration, but felt it a bit inappropriate at the time.

The answer is No when you pass you have no body it is your soul that carries on,
you can still have feelings but it soon passes.
It is like someone wanting a taste of their favourite foods you can have the sensation of food but it soon passes.

This Union and Intimacy is far and away more immersive and long lasting then reproductive intimacy
which comes and goes, I would say it is the Ultimate Love affair, sharing Unconditional Love of a nonsexual nature...
This is my opinion based on experience by Merging and Being United with the Source of Life...
Though if sexual activity is your driving force then reincarnation can be an option for you...Happy travels...

Bluto, I can promise ( although I don't know why) that you won't crave sex after you have passed and are in heaven. It's like a chocoholic won't crave chocolate etc.
It's also true that you won't feel jealousy , anger, hate .
You will only experience LOVE but on a completely different level to sex.
Whilst sex can be very gratifying it's also true to say that sex is not necessarily Love.

Interesting perspective, thank you all.

I usually understand the world through the maxim "as above, so below", which I think explains so much behaviour here on earth, such as the pursuit and recognition of beauty, the drive towards love, the desire for tranquility, and so on.

I think earthly sex is, quite often, an expression of something higher - the need to merge and connect, an expression of love, and so on. Therefore, in light of "as above, so below" I imagine something akin to sex in heaven. I imagine it's more like a blending of souls whose energies palpably touch and have a deeply, unimaginably blissful loving effect, similar to some suggestions above. On earth we're limited to mere flesh body parts inserting into other body parts. It's as close to soul blending as we can express. In my opinion earthly sex reflects a heavenly tendency, but in its own limited 5-senses way.

So I do think there is sex in heaven, but it's more an energetic blending that is experienced much differently to earthly bodily sex.

The reason I'm interested in this question is because a lot of my dreams are really thrilling and graphic. I believe dreams occur on an astral plane which is as real as earth, but obviously much subtler in it's material. These dreams often feature women who I've never met in my earthly waking life, who appear vividly, and who I very much feel attracted to. Though it's all holographic and immaterial, I still feel deeply aroused and pleasured by them, as if it's physically happening. I often imagine that sex in heaven is like this, which, is a blending of souls of sorts.

Have you seen the first Star Trek movie with William Shatner?
Near the end is a GOOD example of non physical energetic blending or merging or connecting.
