Is it possible to attract a certain person with the LOA?

I have met a beautiful man at the grocery store who has been flirting with me for months now (he looks at me, and comes standing next to me very often) but he seems to be a bit shy, I don't know.He hasn't spoken a word to me but I feel that one day he will. Now I have fallen in love with him and I want him as my lover so bad. Do you guys think it is possible to attract him, or to attract contact with him?

No Lorelyen, not yet. I think he is a bit shy or something. Last week he approached me and stood beside me and just at the moment I thought he was going to talk to me, a customer asked him a question. Now I haven't seen him for a whole week. Don't know why, maybe he is ill or enjoying holiday. But I want to see him again.

Then it may be up to you to take the initiative. Be very casual, breeze in (or wait for him to approach you) and say, "Oh, hello" or "Hi" in the most casual of voice and with a smile, a brief cocking of the head, while being ready to direct your attention elsewhere to ensure it looks casual.

I don't see how you could lose. Maybe visualise it happening a la LOA but without keep rehearsing it. See yourself in the third person as you visualise.

Wow, it worked! What you describe is just what happened today! I went to the supermarket where he works and he was there! I did what you said and he looked me in the eyes and seemed a little nervous and even bewildered but he greeted me back. I am so glad he was there again after almost a week of absence. And we actually SAID something to eachother. Oh my God, I think I am in love...
I am looking forward to go shopping again tomorrow!

Just some very casual small-talk then, like "Busy today?" "Getting a bit colder don't you think?" whatever. Then on the way out, just a plain "See you." with a smile.

Before you fall more in love with him, maybe you should find out if he is
married? That could be why you think he is shy.

Well, he was the one who started flirting with me...
I will try some small talk the next time. I see him. But sometimes he doesn't look at me and when there is no eye contact it is a bit awkward to start small talk.
