Hello,

There is an interesting twist as it relates to getting what we 'think' we want. From what I can see it never accomplishes what we expect.

In my view a simple focus on well being, without defining how that would look, works best. It is better to sense how it will feel than limit the creation by what you can envision.

To get the best out of every circumstance, stay heart centered.

Being motivated is easy when your life is joyful. Be grateful for anything, state that in your mind, and more joy will come your way.

John

A well known motivational speaker Mahendra Trivedi says " a realistic approach is the most important thing to be successful". My opinion you should do smart work for everything that you want only hard work in not useful.

I agree that it's easy to focus, if you are interested. This way you have inspiration, motivation, and passion about your activity. The only problem I run onto in this approach is that I still have many chores and activities i do not enjoy, but am obligated to do. I removed or changed some of them into the interesting ones, but some chores can't be removed, unfortunately, like house cleaning or other neccesary responsibilities. All I can do about them is entertaining my mind while I am busy with them, with upbeat music or a movie. How do you persuade your mind to do activities you don't enjoy without getting bored or negative?

Thank you so much, dear friends.

I feel everything is working out in its own way.
That aside, today is Diwali the festival of lights.
I wish all of you lots of love and light.
