Last night I made a stew. Plain old stew with meat, veggies and red sauce. Got lots left over.
I'm thinking chicken fried steak. I made some awhile back and froze leftovers along with gravy. I'll add mashed potatoes and a salad.

Leftover stew tonight with crusty bread. I'll roast some garlic and slather that on the bread. Good heart medicine.
