THE MOON GODDESS
I have always had my pagan like beliefs, but something I did the other day was quite interesting indeed. I have always been attracted to the moon and the old moon religions... So a couple of days ago I bought a small Moon Goddess figure and just decided to dedicate my morning spiritual time to the Moon Goddess... I ended up praying, meditating, doing a few short rituals and blessing my home and property with consecrated salt.
The end result; I had never actually felt so peaceful in my entire life. Amazing!

That's good that you felt some peace with such an experience. Though wouldn't you want to do night rituals to the moon goddess as she would be a goddess of the night. You probably would of, too late now, had a good ritual over the weekend with the large full moon.

I actually did do some rituals the night before... The night I day I had purchased the Moon Goddess figure was the night of the super moon. So I went out and did a few rituals, then charged all of my moonstone crystals and the Goddess figure by the light of the moon... Then things carried over into the next day as well.  |

Nice calmness brings clarity.
Remember that certain rituals will have more power (or not) depending on the waxing and waning phases.
You can charge water as well but it should be collected in a natural container and left in the moonlight - it's said that a great charm for fertility is for a young woman to drink water from her hand from a stream bathed in moonlight as well. Just... you know. Random info.

You know- I was thinking of charging some water in the moonlight. Where might I find a mineral jar? Are they expensive? And is there a book you might suggest that will tell me more mini-rituals like this? |
