I have a freind who isnt at my school anymore becuase he moved away but we still talk occasionaly over facebook and yesterday i was at a catchup at my school and one of our mutual freinds told me our freind who moved away was a pagan becuase we had been talking about beliefs.ect as we worked so i went and messaged the freind that i had found out was a pagan and told him i was aswell and that if he needed help that i would help him...

But he replied that our mutual freind wasnt supposed to tell anyone, so i think this freind is sort of worried about what people will think of him if they find out he's a pagan so i want to try make him see that he shouldnt care what people think of him (like if they hate him) becuase he's a pagan and that there not worth his time if they just dismiss everything else they know about him or if they dont try to find out about him once they know he's a pagan - but im not sure how to make him realise this? Any advice?

First advice: there's a little button near the space bar that has a little dot on it. Please use it, as well as the one just to it's left. I normally don't bother to even read posts like yours that lack punctuation because they're painful to read and hard understand.

Assuming I understood those massive run-on senses properly (which I probably didn't), there's honestly nothing you can do about religious bigotry. It exists, and it's not going to go away. I make a point of not wasting my time on idiots who are going to avoid socializing with me simply because I'm Neopagan. They're probably not worth my time anyway. If he wants to fret about that, this is his choice. I would respect that instead of trying to convert him.

yeah ok, it's just he's always been shy and i dont want him getting into trouble or being picked on now he's in a new school. But i'll just leave him to it i guess :/
