Tai Chi/Qi Gong/I Ching,etc.
Hello there
I'm am really interested in these practices,and I was wondering if anyone had any tips .
I can't really do much in the stage I am now,me being 15 and all,so.....yea XD

Hi, there is plenty you can do. You can read up on it, try to understand its foundation and the outcomes which flow from there.
The internet has so much free information about theory and practice that it can easily keep you busy for years.
However, Tai Chi and Qigong are much more than theory, knowledge and exercises, for many western people it is about a new attitude towards life and existence, and that is a life long task.

Type in erle montaigue into google and watch you tube. I do Taichi and qigong and have taught. The best way to start it to mimic.

In China they start even younger......
maybe you can find a free pal to learn from... but a teacher is THE way, or even a DVD...
I learned ChiGong from a dvd, though I'd done lots of energy work before.
it's the energy rather than the moves that matter
