Or you could do away with all this, stick your finger in your belly-button and chant "Ommm"....me bad! hehe
No...jokes aside...you could try clear quartz and program it for the things you need. :)

All you need to do is to hold the cleansed crystal and say what you wish it to do...presto! |

Once you have chosen your crystal it is wise advice to cleanse it with water or any other method . I like sound but it's upto you .
By programming it , you attune the crystal for the purpose or area for what you are working on . Hold the clear quartz and in your mind visualise yourself being more focused etc . Always affirm that your crystal may work for the highest good . I use affirmations as well e.g I am more focused etc.
