Grounded
Please could anybody help with some crystals. I really love crystals and what i would like to know is do you have to be grounded to start working with the crystals?

I recommend Hematite or Smokey Quartz

Greetings Everyone:
Hemitite is an excellent choice for balance and communication! 
Stones and Crystals can actually be used to help you become more grounded and you can generally find these qualities among those that bear the color brown. Tiger's Eye and Petrified Wood are excellent for grounding and Snowflake Obsidian is for the balancing of the shadow and light within us.

Heavy Potent Grounders
Tiger Iron , Black tourmaline , Smoky Quartz, Chiastolite, Galena,
Red or green Garnet , Black Garnet , Obsidian .
Medium Grounders
Red or Yellow jasper , Carnelian, Pyrite, Hematite , Rhodonite, Tigers eye,
Copper , Bojoi stones .
Gentle grounders
Jet, Petrified wood , Unakite , selenite rose , Red or orange calcite , Separtarian, Aragonite , Amber , Coral .
Have a play with these and see which feels right :) x
