Crystals to help with quitting smoking?
I'd like to quit smoking (preferably cold turkey without the patch/gum/chantix, etc) and I've tried many times, some attempts were more successful than others, but I'd really like to try with crystals. Any suggestions?

I don't have any crystals off the top of my head for quitting smoking I could check my crystal book if you'd like..
I just wanted to say good luck on giving up smoking.. your lungs and your body will thank you.

Hi :)
I quit last year. If I had my Aragonite Star Cluster at the time, then I probably would have used that.
When I stopped, the first thing I had in the morning was green tea with honey. After a few days I went out and got some root ginger, for tea during the day. The ginger was a great help, along with some seeds to nibble on.
