elixirs for acid reflux

i can tell you what works for me having previously been on Omeprazole (prescription drug) and baking soda...

[problems with both]
:

rose quartz (rough)
angelite (tumbled)

a small glass of water with one or both really cures the reflux after a meal.

clean it first obviously.

i am going to try rose quartz dragon stones to see if theyre more effective/ potent. something tells me it might be.

i wonder if anyone here has tried that?

A friend said not eating after 5 pm cured her. :)
Hope it was 0k to write cuz it doesn't involve crystals.

Limestone and Dolomite which is CaCO3. An easy to use powder form is called ...... TUMS. Omeprazole is long acting whereas TUMS is almost immediate.

As a sidenote: Dolomite is the material where Herkimer Diamonds are formed.

over here in the Divided Queendom (uk) its antacids, i think tums is in the Divided States of America...

trust me with rose quartz tho, absolutely no side effects.

the problem with tums/ antacids is that your stomach needs acid to digest nutrients from food... and the tums/ antacids neutralizes the acid....

elixirs work on a spiritual level, theres no particles being broken off the crystal to digest, its spiritual.

trust me ive had enough with side effex
