The flower has seen better days, for us perhaps, but not according to the spider who wove this rather unusual geometrical looking web ... its difficult taking shots of spider webs ... my eyes are not good enough to see (on the camera screen) whether i have managed to capture it ... once I download them onto 'puter the magic is revealed! (or not lol)

This little Azalea shrub has all but been buried by the leaves of the Liquid Amber In my front yard ... it's delicate little flowers still manage to reveal their beauty, out of season and all! ...

I love the piano Kate - is that the one that was given to you just recently? Do you play? I'd love to have a piano. I can play chopsticks and the first line of 'Morning Has Broken'.
The spider's web is very inspiring...it almost looks like letters. At first I thought of the letter 'M', but it could be 'W'. WWW for World Wide Web. HAHAHAHHAHA. Oh I do love my own jokes.
We had sunshine today (hurray), so I took the opportunity to take a few photos. They always look better with some sun...

These are the peonies from the other day. They have pretty much opened fully. As large as side plates.
Humble daisies...although they are bigger than the lawn variety. Very sweet.
The first clematis flower. The plant is stunning when in full bloom.
Another peony. I adore this colour.
And finally, a close-up of the lilac bush at the bottom of the garden. Simply gorgeous and smells a treat too.
