Stiffness in the neck while doing meditation
Whenever i sit for meditation, after sometime i fell stiffness in my throat region and it becomes unbearable so i have to open my eyes.
What is the cause of this stiffness?

It could be bringing to attention a lot of dark energy in your throat chakra that needs to be cleansed. i have the same problem and it is usually caused by lack of self expression through words, biting your tongue a lot

the throat chakra has to do with communication, i think the solar plexus has to do with emotion, either that or the sacral |
