Light
How important is it to have better types of artificial light?
I used to use natural daylight bulbs and ones with hints of colour and felt better for it , but now we have to use those low wattage flourescent ones that are not that great on the eye. Can you get ones of this type with a natural glow?
About six weeks back I installed free F.Lux on my computer which adjusts the light accordingly (I dont know how it does it , but it is better on the eyes)

It seems that Full Spectrum Lighting is the way to go. There's a great deal of info on this at Dr Mercola's website.
He also sells his version of the product (all his sales goes to keeping his website alive :^)
