Thank you for that.
Recently I also felt the need to buy carnelian and the blue kyanite at the same time. I needed the carnelian though just last week or so after going through a bit of a spiritual awakening. I have 4 bracelets and put 2 on each arm. After this awakening, amazing things have happened. I'm just starting to deal with my fears at a subconscious level and there has been such an improvement.
These stones and crystals help us so much. I had a vision about 2 months ago where I saw a blue tigers eye and there was white light radiating from inside the stone to outside like a white sun inside. It was really neat. Wow. It does sound neat. Yes, these stones are wonderful. I feel so lucky to have them and have come to understand their value.
I am really truly sorry for your loss. :( In a way I want to say that it's behind me now, but it's probably more accurate to say that it's a part of me now. I can function and be again. I love my son very, very much and sometimes even now, after nearly 5 years, something will hit me emotionally at an odd angle and I will feel destroyed again. But 99% of the time I am just fine. I have absorbed the loss. I know he is still alive and he is, truly, in a better place, and he is okay. He told me so himself, in an EVP. He said, "I'm just fine, Mom." I not only believe it, but I know it's so, and so I can be now instead of want to cease to exist. His death led me to stones and deepened my spirituality. So though I never thought I'd say this (and I am crying as I type), it's okay. It really is.
Much love and many blessings to you.

Sorry to hear about your son
Black tourmaline is a powerful stone, there's also nice pieces of it included in clear quartz. I used black tourmaline for neck pain, and I like tourmaline to get energy moving again, when used along with a clear quartz point.
Jaspers are very nice, and there's so many of them. One that caught my eye recently is Bumble Bee Jasper. It's nice to read that you like Ocean Jasper too! I loved using it when meditating ~ circular breathing :)
Kunzite is one of my favourites. I found some heart chakra stones were uncomfortable to use, and so the energy of Kunzite really helped me out. After a short while, I started to use it with Rose Quartz again.
Do you have the First Aid Manual by Michael Geinger?

Yes! I have the First Aid Manual. It is my favorite crystal book. Gienger is the first stone author I have trusted. I'm not sure why. I also have his book Crystal Power, but I'm not as familiar with it. That one includes spiritual qualities, which, as you know, the First Aid Manual does not.
I didn't know that black tourmaline can be used to get energy moving again when used with a clear crystal point. I will have to give that a try. I will also have to look into bumble bee jasper. Never heard of it. I love jaspers because they are so gentle....I've probably already said that.
I've given all my kunzite away. I wonder if the people I gave it to love it? Seemed it was needed.
Thanks for posting!

Hopefully soon. I don't remember how many you need. But thanks for trying.

Oh! I don't have those two, but I do have Purifying Crystals, Healing Crystals and Gem Water. Actually there was a copy of the First Aid Manual in a bookshop, and I remember a layout with Black Tourmaline, but the crystal shop had none, so I ended up going back for a copy of Judy Hall's Crystal Prescriptions instead :)
Well, I suppose everyone will find a crystal that works for them, but I had to put it down after picking it up. I always keep an eye out for Jaspers!
~ will look for Crystal Power next time I'm in the bookshop. Its nice to give crystals away :)

I just fell in love with rutilated quartz, the gold needle kind. They are hard to find, but the energy is so lovely for me. I have a reddish needle one that has stronger energy. I don't know what or why I'm using it for, I like to carry it in my hand and in my pocket. :)
