How do you know when you're using energy works?

lol maybe it is just me.
but ive healed my girlfriends headache in the way you did.
lol i made her see spots i think it was. then her head ache was gone.
just pumping a lil bit of energy in her brow.
i love energy.

thats cool. sometimes im not convinced its working either even after a good while of practice.
i think its because energy is so cool. and special, almost to good to be true.
besides healing. ive passed around energy balls to my gf and my friend.
both of them dont practice but can feel it like a physical thing when i pass it to them.

There a various ways to perform energy work. If you are already a sensitive or empath you already know what the energy feels like on some level. I was doing energy work way before I started my Reiki training and I always notice it felt tingly. I don't know how to explain it, the feeling. Whether its people, plants, animals or spirits, etc. It feels like a charge of electricity almost. Like this low current. Its hard to describe, but since my attunement, I notice my hands feel it as tingly and sometimes warm. I miss doing energy work with others....

What is Reiki training??? I'm still extremely new to all this stuff.

Reiki is a school that teaches basic energy work for healing purposes. They focus on a few simple techniques such as Emanating (opening your channels and allowing energy to flow through), Flushing (causing energy to rapidly flow through energy channels) and Attuning (changing the frequency of a person's energy body). Reiki practicioners also all get attuned to a specific 'reiki frequency' which is supposed to enhance healing abilities and learn to use specific triggers in the form of symbols to tap into a communal focus.
