Anyone interested in playing a game
Hi all, would anyone be interesting in playing a game. The game would be to try to ap at least once a week. If you ap once a week, you get a score of one point. If you nearly ap but did not succeed, you get a score of half a point for trying. If we get a high score for 10 weeks, then we could try to ap twice a week. Of course, things can happen and we really do not want to ap because something bad has happened. If that happens we can give ourselves an extension of time. Summerlander gave me an idea for this game. It was something I was reading that he is involved in. The reason for this game is to get motivated and to ap on a regular basis. It does not matter who wins.

Well, I've had one conscious exit this week, and another where I became conscious while already out of body. I suppose that counts as two.
My first one - I exited my body and found myself in a familiar environment. I flew a bit, tried to get to the moon, but it didn't happen. It also got very dark and gloomy as I flew higher into the atmosphere. The dream seemed to fade.
Second - I somehow knew I was dreaming, but it wasn't a conscious body exit. I attempted to make contact with my guardian angel.

Hi Saki, does that mean you are interested in playing. We can record each week how we go. It will encourage us to make more of an effort to ap and have more ap experiences. Today I will start, even if no one is interested.

You do not need a book to learn to ap. I am not suggesting not to read ap books. I like to read ap books as they are fun. I never learnt from ap books. All you need to do is relax, meditate then do a technique that you enjoy doing. You do not have to meditate but it helps a lot. There is nothing else to ap.

Just one more tip for you. You do not have to have a technique to ap. You can just meditate. I have ap many times by just meditating.

I ap this morning so I get one point. I was lying on my back and I kept saying to myself relax more. Let yourself go. Then I imagined I was looking at the floor. I said to myself keep thinking of the floor. Do not think of myself again as that will bring me back to my body. It worked. I was crawling along the floor. I went out and I opened the door of my bedroom. I realise that came from my imagination because our bedroom door is always open. I saw my children but they were much younger. My son had longer hair. I had in my mind that they were four years younger. Anyway it was an experience. At least I got out. When I was out of my body, I remembered to say, I can see and awareness now. I often forget to say that. I really to get more awareness. Next time I am going to spend a bit of time to get awareness.
