I really like those Quorn sausages jo. I like sausage and mash with greens and gravy! Especially on a cold winter's day, but will do any time if I'm hungry!
The Linda mc Cartney ones I just find have a bit too much salt in them for my taste.

Wow...thank you. I could improvise with them. I have now learned they can be eaten and they are good to eat!

For dinner...Puy lentil salad with lettuce, avocado, yellow pepper, cucumber and celery and a yummy dressing. And some new potatoes on the side!

I had a mini watermelon, and I completely juiced it - seeds/rind

Than I had green apples + ginger + lemon, juiced, a good chunk of ginger as I feel it's helped clear out this head cold.

Definitely a lot of good inspiration on this Thread.

Please don't be ashamed. Everyone has their OWN Balance. What works for you may not necessarily work for another.

I had a big salad for lunch with seaweed, olives, raw sauerkraut, rocket, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, grated carrot, celery, mashed avocado, kidney beans, flaxseed oil, and some sunflower seed rye sourdough bread on the side.

My after work snack has been quinoa (that I cook a large batch of and eat throughout the week) with some garbanzo beans, guacamole or avocado, and some shredded broccoli, carrots, and maybe some fresh onions. [:
