Do they really burn incense in your Church?
If so, do you know what kind?

Hi, I have had a similar experience to you. I had never been interested in anything like this, and never considered myself to be spiritual in anyway, so it was a great shock to me. I thought it was all amazing and incredible at first, the energetic sensations felt amazing, but it all started to get a bit to much, and I started getting the fear. I sought help from a local medium/psychic lady. She was great and helped a lot, but still, the experiences with entities continued.
Then I had a thought. I thought to myself if evil spirits exist then God must exist too. Then I started to pray every night. This eventually got rid of them.
Also some excellent advice from others in this thread too.
