Try to leave body says no
So lately I've actually tried to leave my body, and I have no problem feeling light, and last night I got to the stage where I felt myself pull away from my body, but then My body would move slowly towards the direction I was pulling myself away, and as a result I would go back into my body.
Any ideas how to prevent this from happening so I can leave for a midnight stroll on hone astral planes, hope all this makes sense.

Cheers for the reply, yeah I tend to be everywhere my abilities they were closed for a while but then I opened them back up and I'm advancing quickly but at a good pace
