And still none the wiser - and still sceptical although just a little less.
I have a dedicated section in my living room just for these books. I see them as a resource for harder times to come. I lent the Victor Zammit one out to a fellow drinker (yeah I do like a beer) in my pub who is now pushing eighty. Sadly I don't think hes willing to read it and give it a chance. He just says when youre dead, youre dead

If you go on amazon uk, you will find that both Michael Tymn & Victor Zammit have reviewed books on there. If you click on their names you will see all their reviews, Michael's are particularly interesting

Just finished reading the excellent Life After Death, Powerful Evidence You Will Never Die by Stephen Hawley Martin
Its a bit short at 168 pages but it has some stuff in that I hadn't come across before as well as some cool personal anecdotal stuff. Id recommend it.
Also trying to make sense of Astral Dynamic s by Robert Bruce, got some very interesting afterlife related stuff in there although it isn't the main focus of the book
And theres another book in the post...What To Do When You Are Dead - Exploring Life After Death

In my lifelong out-of-the box spiritual quest, I'm now convinced that many of my experiences of divine guidance and testimonies of healing miracles can in part or in whole be explained by unknown laws of consciousness. The 2 authors I've found most helpful in this respect are Rupert Sheldrake and his theory and research on morphic resonance in animals and crystals and Dr. Larry Dossey's books on science and prayer, premonitions and his "one mind" theory. What both authors effectively establish is that the mind is not in the brain. For me, the major question they raise is whether all minds are at some level an individualization of Universal Mind and the question of whether there is a living morphic field associated with every species that allows them to learn from breakthroughs by individuals of that species.
If you google both names and Youtube, you can save the trouble of buying the books by hearing them discuss their ideas. For those interested I'd love to interact on threads dealing with their ideas, research, and books.
