All of these are available on Amazon UK; if you use the independent sellers options on there as well, you can get good deals. I still reckon Ive paid Jeff Bezo's bar tab for a weekend at least.

I hope someone finds this useful; I could have used it after my mum passed. I think Ive exhausted the material available out there now but I know many of these books I will return to many times (in many lives as well, I wonder?!!)
I can also loan them to friends who suffer bereavements and suggest there may be hope (I say may as Im still not wholly convinced). Ive just loaned the Zammit book to a friend who at 79 has obviously got the great questions on his mind so I hope I can help
