Theta
I was wondering if any of you had undergone Theta Healing, did you find yourself having a hard time of letting go past negative beliefs? Even if there were positive affirmation downloads? They say old habits die hard. Did you find yourself bouncing back or trying to go back to the old self at some point?

I am currently experimenting with this. When I go to sleep I start a recording that I made myself that is 11 mins long. I deliberately recorded it myself as I can then zoom in on issues that are bothering me.
I'm not sure of the effect yet. I think it takes some time, and finding out what works.
At first I didn't have the recording and I just repeated a number of affirmations in my mind over and over again. I found it difficult the first nights as it kept me awake, thinking of what I had to say. That's when and why I thought of doing the recording.
Funny thing is, after a few days I didn't have to think anymore, it came easy.
And often I woke up with the main affirmation going through my mind, making me smile.
I haven't had that with the recording. So maybe I should change it.
I did feel it was important to not start out with too many different things. Just focus on a few things at the time.
Time will tell how it's going to work for me, or not.
