A channeling I wished to share here
Dear,
On this planet, your home and Mother Earth speaks often, guiding her children no matter what they do to her, a loving mother..
More recently I watch many take away the light up into themselves and discard the darkness, the negative energy which builds up as so many join in and do this. They forget to convert the darkness themselves and leave it to others to do this, Mother Earth working hard to continue helping us up and we toss our negativity into her depths. This slows our development as the darkness seeps out, it is our own responsibility and we constantly hinder ourselfs and others with this method. Instead, when one has darkness and negativity within them, pull it into the depths of the inner heart, where it is transformed into love and light, and can be breathed back out into the body, into the Earth, into one another. We can breathe the World's negativity into our inner heart and breathe back out all the love and light within ourselves. When we do this, the problems no longer become problems but disappate, love and light become widespread and our vibrations rise far faster, we become loving beings with no fear that this can be taken from us, but we can share this love and light freely with all others, and know that together we can strive to work together with Mother Earth and Mother Nature, and make our realm a wonderful place full of light, unconditional love, and pure joy..

It has been my understanding for quite some time that embracing the darkness within the self is powerful energy work.

I have reached a point where I can truly say that I love All That I Am.

In my view, healing can only take place when the healer is well with All That They Are. That energy creates a space for others so that their well being can be increased.

I consider this a very deep message that may not be well understood by most of us. Those who wish to "discard the darkness" from within them self have not yet appreciated that unconditional love for all that they are is required.

Very awesome. I just learned how to connect to my soul. I wonder, when they speak about taking the darkness into yourself and turning it into love, how that works exactly. A very interesting concept. I am learning to love myself and not interact with negativity. The second part is harder than the first.
