I didn't take it that way. It came through playfully, & as if intended to be told.
To me it means we have to experience sin to know love. In my experience that is true.
But I think I understand what you're both saying. |

Perhaps what was also meant was that we when experience other less pleasant emotions we gain a better understanding of love and its benefits. |
